FSPCA Preventive Controls for Human Food Course (part 2*)
This virtual course, developed by the FSPCA, is the “standard curriculum” recognized by FDA; successfully completing this course is one way to meet the requirements for a “preventive controls qualified individual.”
*This is a “Blended Course.” Part 1 is administered through the FSPCA website and must be completed prior to beginning Part 2.
