New Exams to Help Grow Your Workforce
It has been estimated that 115,000 new HVACR workers will need to be trained by 2022 to fill jobs due to industry growth and retirements. NATE’s two new exams, the Ready-To-Work certificate, and the HVACR Support Technician certificate, are designed to help technicians build strong careers and contractors build a stronger HVACR workforce. Visit http://www.natex.org/site/431/Contractors/Technician-Development to learn more.

Micro-Channel
When Micro-Channel coils are installed with the precision of a well-trained hand, contractors reap the benefits. The all-aluminum design and increased efficiency result in smaller system footprints and lighter weight. Pair these innovations with thorough training and you get better installs and fewer callbacks, which mean more money in your pocket. Free Micro-Channel coil training is available online at microchannelfacts.com
