Organic Valley, LaFarge, Wis., launched organic, single-serve non-GMO milks for adults under the Good to Go brand. They’re available in 1% low-fat white and 1% low-fat chocolate milk varieties.
Dean’s TruMoo gets a calcium boost
TruMoo, a brand of Dallas-based Dean Foods, introduced TruMoo Calcium Plus low-fat chocolate milk to its line. The milk contains 50% more calcium than regular low-fat milk, according to the company.

 
Elmhurst Naturals horchatas
Horchatas are popular nondairy beverages in Hispanic communities, typically made with water, rice, sugar and flavors. Elmhurst Naturals is made by Steuben Consumer Products. It uses water, low-fat milk, sugar, rice starch and flavorings. It makes 3 versions. Vanilla, cocoa and dulce de leche, or caramel.

Rumble's dairy-based functional protein shake
Rumble, Victoria, British Columbia, is an all-natural protein shake that’s now available in the United States in vanilla maple, Dutch cocoa and coffee bean flavors. It’s made with water, milk protein concentrate, whey protein isolate and other antioxidant-rich ingredients like kale, spinach, pumpkin seed oil, pomegranate and beet juice.
